We manufacture and assemble different components used in the automotive industry before delivering to both local and international business.

We manufacture and assemble different components used in the automotive industry before delivering to both local and international business.

Global Manufacturing Solutions operates from a 20 000 m2 facility situated in Pietermaritzburg, of which 12 000 m2 is under roof. The company employs 165 people from the local area, most of whom have been involved in the composite industry for over ten years.

Our facility is conveniently situated on the East Coast of South Africa, close to the Durban Harbour. This allows us to easily procure quality materials from several international suppliers. Combined with our locally sourced materials, we can ensure that we only deliver the best product possible.

With the addition of our fleet of delivery vehicles, we can securely deliver finished products to both local and international clients.

In-house work includes the Tooling being made from 3D model data and Composite Panel Trimming using a water jet robot. The Final Assembly includes the fitment of all components, end of line programming, testing of all systems and water testing of all cabs before delivery can be made.

Our clients are encouraged to come and view our facility if possible, in order to experience the full extent of our capabilities.
